In the complex industrial environment, traditional communication solutions (such as Wi-Fi) have some common problems, such as difficult deployment, long network construction period, high delay, unreliable network and so on. EUHT-5G communication system solves the core network problem of industrial interconnection, and has the characteristics of lightweight design, easy deployment, fast network construction, low comprehensive cost, simple maintenance, high reliability and low delay.

Project details：

In October, 2018, a Guangzhou science and technology company installed 13 EUHT-5G central access equipment and 80 EUHT-5G terminal access equipment in the scene of SMT workshop, THT workshop and office area, so as to realize EUHT-5G industrial Internet network coverage.

Through EUHT-5G industrial Internet network, the workshop temperature and humidity, illumination and other environmental data are collected in real time. Early warning are issued in time to ensure the stability of the workshop environment. Under the EUHT-5G network, various product information data, ESD management data, and first-hand data of production tasks can be collected in real time. In addition, the electronic management system of operation instructions is established to realize the real-time upload, distribution and viewing of operation instructions in different formats. The traditional written notice is not needed, the information transmission speed is faster, and the environmental protection is more economical.
