Project background：

In the complex industrial environment, traditional communication solutions (such as Wi-Fi) have some common problems, such as difficult deployment, long network construction period, high delay, unreliable network and so on. EUHT-5G communication system solves the core network problem of industrial interconnection, and has the characteristics of lightweight design, easy deployment, fast network construction, low comprehensive cost, simple maintenance, high reliability and low delay.

In September 2018, a large air conditioner manufacturer in Guangdong installed 130 EUHT-5G terminal access equipment in workshops and logistics warehouses, to achieve EUHT-5G industrial Internet network coverage.

Through EUHT-5G industrial Internet network, the high-definition camera installed on the mobile forklift in the warehouse carries out video acquisition and identification QR code, and the data is returned to big data platform for unified analysis and processing; the machine tools and equipment in the workshop are interconnected to realize the real-time collection and effective integration of workshop production data; meanwhile, the remote video training and video conference of the production line are realized. Thus, the overall production management level and efficiency can be improved, the production quality and market competitiveness will be enhanced.
