Project background：

In the complex industrial environment, traditional communication solutions (such as Wi-Fi) have some common problems, such as difficult deployment, long network construction period, high delay, unreliable network and so on. EUHT-5G communication system solves the core network problem of industrial interconnection, and has the characteristics of lightweight design, easy deployment, fast network construction, low comprehensive cost, simple maintenance, high reliability and low delay.

Project details:

In October 2019, Nufront Group cooperated with a global brand mobile phone manufacturer to install EUHT-5G center access equipment and EUHT-5G terminal access equipment in the processing workshop, so as to realize interconnection and intelligent manufacturing of precision carving machine tools of multiple production lines in the workshop. Right now, the enterprise is rapidly expanding the application scale of EUHT-5G network, gradually completing the interconnection of all workshop industrial equipment, and planning to access more than 10000 machine tools.

The production equipment is interconnected through the EUHT-5G network, communicates with the background management system in real time; collects the workshop output, task completion rate, number of good products, number of defective products, consumption rate and other data in real time; monitors the standby state and operation state of the equipment in real time; finds out the offline or abnormal situation of the equipment in time, and solves the problems of plan tracking delay, low utilization rate of equipment and poor product quality in workshop management. It can helps the company to make production plan accurately and scientifically, realize production management collaboration, improve production quality and efficiency, and enhance market competitiveness.
