Aiming at the industrial interconnection and control requirements of Shenyang Machine Tool Plant, Nufront adopts EUHT Smart Industry Solution to carry out EUHT wireless coverage of the plant, and constructs a complete EUHT industrial control system composed of four parts: EUHT management center, wired network, EUHT central access network and EUHT terminal network.
According to the factory floor plan, 135 meters long and 20 meters wide, 136 machine tools are deployed in the covering area, with a passage in the middle for pedestrian and material transportation. The space height is 10 meters, which is enough for the machine tool. The central access equipment is installed at both ends of the workshop. The central access equipment is connected with the workshop wired production network through the Gigabit Ethernet port. The coverage area is equipped with 2 central access devices, and the sector coverage is as follows.
The EUHT system adopts 40Mhz bandwidth, selects 2 frequency points: f1/f2, each frequency point is 40Mhz bandwidth. A single sector access 60-80 (dynamic balance, not split 68 to 68) production machine tools, the specific number is also related to the actual situation of field wireless coverage.
The overlapping coverage of different frequencies is adopted in the frequency planning of the two sections. The dip angle of the antenna is adjusted, and the dip angle is increased to reduce the coverage area.
